Hi,
I just purchased the program about a week ago and am getting through it slowly.
I am almost 42 and have just gotten my learners licence. How sad is that. I grew up with a mom who was severly injured in a car accident when she was 16. Let's just say it was a corvett at one time but was taken away on a flatbed in three pieces. Really Bad Accident. Any way she didn't learn to drive untill she was 30. And even then she was always tense anxious and white knuckled. Thats what I saw every time we were in the car. Her anxity was so bad that when I turned 16 and was old enough she wouldn't allow me to get my licence. the longer she held me back the worse my own anxity grew.
but now I have 2 kids ages seven and almost three and it's time I got to it. I have to be ready to handle things if something goes wrong and they need me. Either to go somewhere and get then or God forbid take them to the emergency room. So I took the last of my inheritence (Thanks G-Ma wherever you are), bought myself a new Kia Sorrento and vowed to take to the road. It hasn't been easy but the program is helping me little by little. I just have one question. I received the S.A.F.E audio and I'm not sure when I should be listening to it. Before I drive? when I drive? while I relax? In fact the nature sounds used are so relaxing I have even started to fall asleep while listening (when I'm home not in the car lol). is that good or bad?

Hi Kimber!

I didn't do a very good job with instructions, so with the release of the Fast Lane Audio Session (read more here (http://www.drivingfear.com/Blog/)), there will be instructions provided for the program, just keep an eye on your email on Tuesday to download them.

But to answer your question before then, it's GREAT if it makes you fall asleep, the more you relax the better! Just use it whenever you can, every day for 15-20 minutes is wonderful. If it makes you that sleepy, while driving may not be the best idea...
