fear of driving over bridges

Hi, years ago I experience a pannic attack on the bay bridge and my life went in different directions. Now I always worry of that feeling I experience on that bridge. I have problems sleeping and I think Thats one of my biggest problems. I wish I could stop worrying so much and enjoy my life. I feel like a prisoner and I need freedom. I want to live.
