getting lost driving

My fear of driving is getting lost. I am obsessive-compulsive and looking at a map seems to get jumbled in my head. But I am also wondering if I am just using that for laziness in not learning to read a map.

Hey Lorraine,

I am the same way. That is actually at the root of most of my anxiety. I use a Tom Tom GPS system but still haven't always figured out how to work it. When they didn't have that I used mapquest and just memorized the turn by turn directions because I cannot read a map to save my life so I can relate to your fear of getting lost. Good luck. :)
