Hey guys,
My name is Thomas, and I have had a fear of driving for about 2.5 years now because of a car accident, and a dumb one at that. Needless to say, I'm at the end of my rope or at least was running out of ideas until a few days ago when I found some soft, sappy love songs to play in the car. I know, its hilarious. I used to hate sappy love songs, but I'll do anything to get over this fear and I just thought I would share. Can't say its a cure yet, But I've just started trying it. I think it might be working a little bit. Anyways, just wanted to throw that out there as a possible solution. I kept with this because music in general does not work for me, it has to be soft and relaxing, for example, Eric Clapton's " Wonderful Tonight". I hope this can help someone.
