How relieved I am to have been linked to this forum. My name is Kelly, I'm 26 and still not a driver. I have my permit and had to renew it again. I first got it when I was 18 and use it more as an ID card then anything else. I am terrified of driving, getting into car accidents or getting lost. I have a very big fear of dying in a car accident... I got into a minor one with my dad once and almost had an attack. I'm constantly having to lie to people or simply let them assume I know how to drive when I don't. I live in a big city where everything is far and we have a really bad transportation system. I know I need to learn but I'm terrified. :?
