I had a head on crash in July that was not my fault on a road I've traveled for 20 years w/o a problem. The girl was hydroplaning and slid onto my side of the road. Now, all I see (or fear) is people who are coming towards me. Have you ever noticed how many people drive over the yellow line on your side of the road? I was watching every car that came toward me one by one expecting a crash. Even stopping on the twisting narrow roads that I have to travel to work when cars came at me. I found something that works to a degree. Now I look at the car in front of me or on up the road ahead not trying to acknowledge the cars coming at me. So far, with a few panic attacks, it's working fairly well. I did my weekly shopping without one panic attack today. Yay me!!!!
