I think that part of my fear on the road and especially on the thought of getting on the highway is: "What if I want to stop?" That could cause an accident, or cause me to lose control.
Sometimes I am driving and I glance at the road too close to the front of the car and the movement causes me to feel dizzy for a second and then I hit the brakes and feel that I am losing control. Does that make any sense?
