I would like to start off by saying hello to everyone. I need to oversome this fear of driving asap! It is keeping me down. From what I have read about this driving phobia, I guess we make our selfs believe in it. How did we build up such a irrational thought to control us in our everyday lives?

I have been working on this program for about three weeks now. I am really trying to grab a hold of these exersises but I am having trouble. I need to get out of the negative and in to the positive. Any suggestions????

How often are you doing the exercises? What about them is giving you trouble?

Welcome. Boy, do I understand your sense of urgency and the trapped feeling. We all feel this way. I wish Rich had a pill for us, don't you?! I suggest you relax, take a deep breath and slow down. Then start again, step by step, it will come. Have faith, it will come.

I was saying earlier,I have no idea, why I have this phobia, but I do - you do, we all do. BUT, we can get better, we just need to believe and work on it.

Please tell us about you.
