I did something good today that I wanted to share. I had to get my new car worked on today (safety recall) and was running late for the appointment. I usually take the country back roads to the dealership, but since I was running late I decided I had better take the highway. It is not a very busy highway, so I thought this was a good practice for me on a Saturday morning. I had to drive for 15 miles from the exit I got on to the exit I got off, and I DID IT! When I started feeling afraid, I just repeated to myself "I am in control" and "I will do this" and made myself relax. It was a great feeling when I got off my exit to now I actually did it! I just had to share this!
