Hello, about 3 months ago I was driving on the highway with my children and began to feel symptoms of a panic attack. My hands were shaking, heart pounding, legs felt numb, couldn't swallow, labored breathing, couldnt see very well and had an overall feeling that I was going to pass out. Since that time I was finally able to drive locally, but still have panic attacks. I cant drive on the highway at all. I am so afraid that I will pass out while driving. Has anyone else had this experience and do you think this program would help me get my life back? Prior to this happening to me I would drive for hours and long distances on the highways and etc.. my world has suddenly become quite small. Thank you for any advice

Similar things have happened to many of us. I couldn't drive on highways ever since a bad accident-I walked away unscathed. I started to have anxiety while driving after I had my children and it just continiued to get worse. This program helped mr A LOT! I wish you the best on your journey back to recapturing your life.

Thank you for the encouragement.. I would like to hear more feedback from others that have used or are using this program. I searched to see what the feedback has been on other sites and so far it has been pretty positive. I had considered the Linden Method, however I found there to be too many negative feedback. I am currently in therapy with one who specialized in anxiety/phobias. He means well, but the process is just incredibly slow, he keeps digging for the emotional reason it happened...when I have said to him over and over this issue began as a medical problem I have!! ARGHH!
