hey everyone! i haven't post in a while and had some huge success today that i had to share. i drove on the interstate for a few miles for the first time in almost 4 years. i was taking a ride to visit a friend and took the back roads to get there. i was feeling pretty good when i was driving and thought about taking the interstate back since its only about 4 miles on the way home. usually whenever i get that idea i don't follow through. i started driving and went past the turn to get on it. i knew i had to do it cuz if there was ever a time when i felt i could do it, it was now. so i turned my truck around, went back and got on the interstate. it wasn't perfect but not bad for a first attempt in so many years. i'll admit i was a lil nervous but i was able to do it. i finally got past that mental block that says" you can't drive on the interstate". i feel so good to get to one of the highest rungs on my ladder.

Hey everyone.

In Novemeber I was ont he way back from Oklahoma visitng my grandmother and I had the worst panic attack I have ever had. It was unmanning and shameful. Even though my family knew I had a problem I had been ignoring it and they went along. My fear had reached a point where I am living seperate form my family so I can avoid driving to go to work!!! Every ime my wife came and gotme I would lay down in the back seat and quiver...

Well I bought the program. That weekend I rod ein the front seat for the first time in a month and did not panic!!! A huge sucess. Since then I have been able to ride (sounds pitiful). My next step is thought popping. Strugglig to find a happy place.
