Ok.. so I am now able to listen to music in the car!!
I used to be so tense that I felt like music was a distraction from me being able to concentrate on driving.. The last 2 times I have driven, I have subconsciously turned on the music and even "jammed to it" at the traffic light. I definitely see that as an improvement!!
Also I have been driving with Smokey (the dog) and that does not make me too nervous..
I am still driving back roads only and only in day time during light traffic
