I am also very afraid of driving on the interstate. Paxil used to help but it no longer helps me with driving on the interstate. I am going on a trip tomorrow and dreading my turn to drive! My husband and two,two-year old twins will be with me.
I wish I never had to drive again, EVER!.
I get this impending sense of doom and my conditioned response is to jam on the breaks which is embarrasing and more importantly, dangerous. If anyone can give me some pointers, I wouldbe greatful. My heart races just thinking about it. My husband does not get it yet he has a horrible fear of wearing his seatbelt. He just wont wear it. Please someone write me
