Why can't I just do it, stop making excuses, stop feeling anxious and afraid and just go for the things I want and need out of life?

i cannot get over my own fear. Also if i am driving and I make one mistake, it turns the fear on even stronger.

I fell off the program, but I am now climbing back on. It is not easy to take off on your own, especially if you have to rely on others.
