I'm 16 years old, and I've never been on a plane. For some reason I am extremely terrified, and as the vacation date comes closer, I've been having more frequent nightmares and dreams about flying. This week alone I've had two. Any advice on how to cope with this fear, or any over-the-counter drugs that may help make me groggy?
