Hello,
My name is Jamie and I have a fear of driving on the highway. I havent gotten the program yet but i have been reading the comments posted from other people. It is nice to know other people have driving anxiety! I really want to get over this phobia

I have had the fear of highways for a few years now. Even if I am not the ine driving, i still get anxious when being on the hughway.

As you will have found reading through posts, you are not Robinson Crusoe. Keep posting often to let us know how you are going. Posting doesn't have to be reporting just positives, we are here for the not so good moments too. I'm sure you will benefit from having joined this support group.
