Hi,
I'm a newbie and I've been doing Rich's program for approx. 2 weeks. I used to have panic attacks REALLY bad in 2000'. I had to totally "relearn" how to drive 5 minutes to the grocery store. I didn't like crowds of anykind, etc.. I had to have an "escape" route" or i'd start panicking. Airplane ride? Out of the question until I had a sister whom I had to get to fast before she passed away. The death was tremendous and so was the airplane ride. God has been a big part of my success but I'm starting Rich's prog. and definitely seeing his point of "facing it head of and dealing with it". I did try in the program to make myself have an attack at home.couldn't do work. But when I did have it, he said to let it go....FULL STEAM until your legs were shaking, etc. I thought to myself "this dude is off his rocker and asking me to play russian roulette w/a loaded gun!" It was AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, but guess what, I didn't die and it has helped me tremendously to handle each time that I do start feeling "funky". He is absolutlely on the right track, but it is hard. I tired of tasting that "crappy" elephant, but I gotta eat him ONE BITE AT A TIME. And the twig story on the CD's about prehistoric men and running to live or staying behind and being eatten by a dinosaur or saber tooth? Well, excuse my french, but sometimes w/panic you get to a point where you can't fight anymore because you are so exhausted. Somedays when I listen to the tapes I laugh at myself thinking, (excuse my french), "sasquatch you are just gonna have to eat my as* today, cause I'm too tired to run"...other times I feel like saying "yeah come on sasquatch, I'm tired of you and this time I'm gonna eat YOUR as*!. I guess we are all human. Don't give up, I work in the medical field and Rich truly is taking us in the right direction. MAN..it is sooooo hard though. Good luck to us all...oh yeah...I've also bought the binaural beats CD's but my homeCD player won't play them..I've ordered an MP3 player..hasn't arrived. :?: Has anyone tried them and what type of response have you gotten??? I'm interesting to hear since I read both sides medically. Thanks, Monica :?: Again...we can ALL do this..don't let Satan win!

Your posts are great! They really get me pumped! I have the program and I was wondering what cd's you're talking about. I just downloaded everything to my computer and have listened to most everything but I don't remember anything about the twig story or prehistoric men. Am I missing something? And bless you for being so optimistic. I'm about 2 weeks into this too and it has already helped a great deal.

I'm actually interested in the binaural beats as well... but just as a curiosity.

and dean - I bought the program a while ago and I'm pretty sure I don't have the same things more recent people do.

I'm glad I'm pumping someone up w/my posts cause I'm getting ready to do a one hour drive by myself (and rich of course) and i'm kinda nervous! BTW, my MP3 player has still not arrived and i think i've been had on ebay  . Oh well, i will have to get another one after next payday. W/one in college and one in highschool, money is slim. I paid $12 for the binaural beat thingie (sort of like white noise) and medically speaking, statistics show it helps tremendously with anxiety (patients before surgery, etc.) :ugeek: So.... lets all be positive and see what kind of a trance it sends us into. If it helps..that $12 will be worth $12 million. I'm so much of a joker, but get serious with a snap of a finger when i'm feeling anxious. Pray for my little hour trip there and back on sunday. lmao
