I am going to try today

I have decided that on my lunch break, I am going to have my friend go with me and I'm going to drive on the interstate. I hope it goes well. All I am wanting is 1 mile today. It wil by my 1st time in months and only my second time in probably close to 2 years.

Well, We took a ride today and the traffic was heavy at lunch time. I chickened out for today, but yet I feel good because i have made a step toward getting there. I've scoped it out and I have a plan for next time we go out.
